Mental Bertanding dan Kualitas Permainan: Survei Pada Siswi Futsal di Kota Bekasi

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hasil aspek mental siswi di Kota Bekasi dalam meningkatkan mutu pertandingan futsal. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota ekstrakurikuler futsal putri di 10 sekolah di Kota Bekasi dengan jumlah responden 73 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei, adapun teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket, angket dalam penelitian ini berbentuk skala likert. hasil penelitian tersebut diketahui Aspek Mental Siswi dalam Mengikuti Pertandingan Futsal di Kota Bekasi yang menyatakan pada kategori “sangat baik” dengan persentase 4,1%, pada kategori “baik” dengan persentase 24,7%, pada kategori “cukup baik” dengan persentase 44,7%, pada kategori “kurang baik” dengan persentase 26,0 %, dan pada kategori “sangat kurang baik” dengan persentase 1,4%. Beberapa saran yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini antara lain: 1) Bagi sekolah sebaiknya perlu mendukung semua kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang ada, terutama futsal putri supaya bisa menciptakan pemain yang profesiona dari sekolah 2) Bagi guru atau pelatih, hendaknya memberikan metode melatih yang mudah dimengerti oleh pemain dan selalu memotivasi pemain ketika berlatih dan bertanding.
