This study aimed to the developing the valid and practical ULTAPER game and to determine the potential effects of ULTAPER game on system of linear equations one variable material. This type of research was the ADDIE development model. The data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative and qualitative data. The subjects in this study were students of seventh-grade (C and B Class) at one of MTs in East Belitung Regency. This research produces ULTAPER game which is very valid and very practical. This can be seen from the results of the percentage validation of material experts by 87,5%, the media expert validation was 94,4%, the linguist validation was 91,7%. The result of practicality in small classes was 82,93%, and practicality in large classes was 85%. The characteristic of the ULTAPER game is that there are questions about the material of a system of linear equations with one variable in the one, two, and three in the ULTAPER game question box, giving questions related to the material at the start of the game before rolling the dice, and there are bonuses and zonk on the ULTAPER game board. The development of the ULTAPER game has a potential effect that can change learning outcomes in terms of students' cognitive aspects, namely small classes the students obtained an average score of 20,8 to 66,5 and large classes the students obtained an average score of 17,4 to 60,9.
