Abstract

Tujuan: Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru PAUD di Kecamatan Batujaya dalam menerapkan outdoor activity sebagai strategi pengembangan multiple intelligence.

Metode: Program dilaksanakan melalui pelatihan dan penyuluhan berbasis media video secara daring selama masa pandemi Covid-19, melibatkan 40 guru PAUD sebagai peserta. Materi pelatihan meliputi penerapan permainan luar ruangan yang mengasah delapan aspek kecerdasan anak usia dini menurut teori Gardner.

Hasil: Guru PAUD menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman terhadap konsep multiple intelligence dan mampu merancang kegiatan pembelajaran berbasis permainan yang menarik, menyenangkan, serta adaptif terhadap kondisi pandemi.

Kesimpulan: Penerapan outdoor activity terbukti efektif dalam mengasah multiple intelligence anak usia dini dan meningkatkan kreativitas guru dalam pembelajaran. Program ini memiliki potensi untuk direplikasi di wilayah lain.
