Archiving Policy

Archive Policy

The English Idea is committed to the long-term preservation of and access to published scholarly content.

1. Digital Archiving

2. Self-Archiving Policy

Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit their published articles in institutional repositories, personal websites, or other open access platforms. English Ideas follows the green open access model, allowing:

  • Pre-print (before peer review): may be archived

  • Publisher’s version/PDF: may be archived immediately upon publication

All archived versions must include a citation to the original publication in English Ideas and a link to the journal’s website.
