Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran media komputer dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani di sekolah dasar dengan mempertimbangkan keterbatasan akses sarana dan prasarana, kurangnya media pembelajaran khusus Penjas, rendahnya pemahaman guru terhadap teknologi, serta ketergantungan pada koneksi internet. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kepustakaan (library research) dan systematic literature review, di mana data diperoleh dari jurnal nasional dan internasional terbitan tahun 2020 ke atas yang relevan dengan topik. Analisis dilakukan melalui empat tahap, yaitu identifikasi sumber, seleksi literatur, analisis isi, dan sintesis temuan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif-analitis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media komputer berperan penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi, partisipasi, serta pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep gerak melalui pembelajaran yang interaktif dan kontekstual. Selain itu, penggunaan media komputer juga membantu guru menyajikan materi dengan cara yang lebih menarik dan efisien. Namun, keterbatasan sarana digital, kesiapan guru, dan koneksi internet masih menjadi tantangan utama. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya pelatihan guru serta pengembangan media komputer berbasis offline agar pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani dapat berlangsung efektif, inklusif, dan berkelanjutan di seluruh satuan pendidikan dasar.
