Manajemen Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah SMK Berbasis Growth Mindset dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan
Abstract
Rapid changes in the world of work require Vocational High Schools (SMK) to continuously adapt in order to produce graduates who are competent and relevant to industry needs. School principals play a strategic role in directing policies, building school culture, and improving the quality of learning processes. This study aims to analyze the leadership management of vocational school principals based on a growth mindset and its implications for improving the quality of vocational education. The research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. Data were obtained from books, scientific journals, and previous studies related to growth mindset, educational leadership, and educational management. Data analysis was conducted using content analysis. The results indicate that principals who apply growth mindset leadership are able to build a culture of continuous learning, strengthen teacher professionalism, encourage innovation, and improve the overall quality of vocational education.
