Increasing Student Creativity in Physical Education Learning Through the Application of Project Based Learning Model

Abstract
Creativity is one of the keys to a person's success in life. The ability of students to think creatively is currently still considered lacking. This is due to the lack of student participation in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of student creativity after being given the application of the project-based learning model (PJBL). The research method used is classroom action research. This method uses quantitative research. The subjects of the study consisted of 32 students of class X SMK Bhinneka Karawang, each consisting of 16 males and 16 females. Data were collected through student creativity questionnaires and student creativity assessment observation sheets. Data analysis was carried out using simple average value comparison analysis techniques. This study found that using the project-based learning model (PjBL) in PJOK learning in class X TJKT 3 SMKS Bhinneka Karawang can significantly increase student creativity. According to the results of data analysis carried out on two learning cycles. The average creativity score of students increased by 17% from 12.06 in Cycle I to 14.09 in Cycle II. With a p value = 0.000 (< 0.05), the results of the statistical test show that this increase is significant.
