Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the use of the Ciamis Posyandu Information System (SIPOCIS). The evaluation model used is the CIPP Model (context, Input, Process, Product). The data collection techniques used were (1) observation, this method was used to collect data related to the object under study at the research site, (2) interviews, the researcher conducted interviews with posyandu cadres in Imbinagara Village, (3) documentation, this technique was carried out to obtain research data at the location. The results of evaluation research using the CIPP model show: Context Evaluation. The focus of implementing this program refers to increasing the knowledge and skills of Posyandu cadres in digitalization in the field of Posyandu administration and information systems, as well as understanding of Posyandu cadres regarding the use and input of Posyandu data in the SIPOCIS application. This program is carried out in an effort to create orderly administration and the compilation of possimony data in a valid, complete and accountable manner. Input Evaluation: So the method used as a whole is good and appropriate and can be accepted by posyandu cadres. Process Evaluation: According to research findings, participants in the website-based SIPOCIS training program in Imbnagara village experienced many obstacles in the speed of understanding of posyandu cadres, this was due to different age factors in using gadgets and also inadequate internet networks. Product Evaluation: The website-based training program for using SIPOCIS in Imbinagara village has been achieved. This can be seen from changes in cadres’ knowledge and skills in inputting posyandu data no longer manually but digitally through SIPOCIS. This is proven by the progress of posyandu cadres in inputting data via SIPOCIS which has reached 90%, based on research results in evaluating the product which is optimal.
